| Usually when I'm some time into the game and go to town to sell drops and open inventory of the enchantress who is leashed there, I get disconnected - losing all progress since last checkpoint. Not items at least. Is this a known issue..? Can it be prevented somehow apart from evading the enchantress? | ||

| Hello, Can you please make sure that your connection is optimised? battle.net/support/article/optimising-your-internet-connection-windows Also, please reset the game back to defaults, by removing the D3Prefs.txt file found in your Diablo III directory in the Documents library. That'll help make sure it's not related to corrupt settings or any other game configuration issues. | ||
