| So my launcher decided to download 1.08 even though ALL my settings are set to Europe. Now my client is ahead of the servers and I can't connect... great.. This happen to anyone else? | ||

This will happen to anyone whose client's region differs from the region their heroes are in. Your client can only connect to the servers when the client and server versions match. If you have a US region client, it will have patched itself today as a result of the US server patch update. That means you now have a US client at a higher patch version than the EU servers are at, so you will be prevented from connecting to the EU servers until they're patched to the same version your client (and the US servers) are running. I'd imagine there'll be a EU scheduled maintenance for 03:00 to 11:00 CEST tomorrow morning to apply 1.0.8 to EU but I've not seen that announced yet. This.
