Every time I try logging in to Diablo 3 my account locks, I re-set the password, try to log in and it locks again. I cannot add sms protection as the account falls under Great Britain (And I am in South Africa), and does not recognize my cell number. I also added the mobile authenticator app on my blackberry which refuses to connect due to reception issues despite having a 3G signal at the time. Is there some way for me to play the game I paid for without resorting to bludgeoning my head against a wall? Please

Hmm, there's quite a few things that need straightening out here Charlton. Please contact our Account Support team at your earliest convenience and explain the situation to them. They will do their best to help you out with this. =)
