| I bought Diablo 3 last night and I haven't been able to log in a single time. I type in my username (email), password and authenticator, and then I get a message saying some information is incorrect (Error 3). If I try to type in random stuff in the boxes I get an ''Error 3'' before I get asked for my authenticator code. I can log in to world of warcraft without any problem. I have been trying to log on the America and Europe servers and no result (willing to play on America servers). For additional details, I bought the digital version of the game. Thank you! | ||

| Katrum, I see nothing n your account that would explain any problems you have logging in. You might try re-syncing your mobile authenticator though. I also issued a reset to the account which can sometimes help. | ||

| Katrum, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. | ||

| Katrum , The .txt is not showing due to how you have your folder settings in Windows. There's a setting to hide extensions for known file types. Just copy and paste it here. I know it's long but that's ok. | ||

| Katrum, Are you using the European client intentionally? If not, you might want to try reinstalling but selecting the US version instead. It might also help to power down your modem/router for a few minutes, than back on again. If you share your connection, be sure to let others know before doing that. It looks like you must have added a Diablo III Trial back in October and then yesterday upgraded it with the digital version? It's not showing that you ever made any characters or used the trial though, does that sound right? | ||

| Katrum, If you want to play on the US, I'd suggest using the US client (whole game), especially right now as we've been experiencing periodic issues with EU having authentication problems lately. | ||
