| I have restarted my computer, router and modem multiple times and still I can't play for 5 minutes without the game crashing. So frustrating!! I played all day yesterday with no problems and have changed nothing on my pc. Is anyone else having the same trouble? What is going on? | ||

| AngryBunny08, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It may give us a clue as to what's going on. It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though as it may appear in a few places in the file. | ||

| AngryBunny08, It looks like it's having a problem in a specific area in Act3 2013.01.03 15:56:07.567956400 Initializing client world a3Dun_Keep_Level03... 2013.01.03 15:56:07.579371100 Initializing client world a3dun_hub_keep.. There's two ways to approach this really. First we'll run the repair utility in hopes it can fix it. Delete the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache first, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. Restart and test the game to see if it's working properly now. If not, the best thing to do next is to delete the game folder and do a complete reinstall. When doing this, there are two additional folders that should be deleted first.
