| I've posted this as a ticket as well, but for as for the holiday season, I feel I may get a quicker response here. I've purchased several items today on the Real Money Auction House, and I'm wondering why a few of them are not showing up to be able to be taken. They no longer say processing. They say "Purchased - Buyout". The items are: Vile Ward, 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255820019, Price: $4.20 3,000,000 Gold, 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255839928, Price: $0.96 Tenacious Souvenir, 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255956758, Price: $1.25 I would really like these items as I have payed for them. There are also a few items that are still showing as processing. They say "Processing". The items are: 3,000,000 Gold, 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255840129, Price: ! 3,000,000 Gold, 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255840278, Price: ! Star Topaz (5), 12.24.2012, Order ID: 1255842429, Price ! If I could also get these items as soon as possible, that would be great. Thanks so much! | ||

| Gheed , We aren't able to help at all with Auction House transactions in the forum I'm afraid. You'll need to wait for a response to your support ticket. For what it's worth, I see you made 24 transactions today, and only 2 of the items haven't been sent yet and 4 of the commodities. I'd give it some more time. | ||
