| So I can't login. I get a check to "connected to battlenet" then Authenticating Credentials never goes through. Nor does it time out and give me an error message. I end up having to quit out of the game after awhile, Iv'e let it run for a few hours and still nothing. After I exit the game, I realized that the process is still running in Task Manager, but it wont' forcequit. What do bliz? | ||

| Selvaria, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though as it may appear in a few places in the file. | ||

| Selvaria , Are you running any macro programs or other apps meant to "enhance" Diablo III in any way? | Could be. It certainly never hurts to run a Malware scan. I sort of assume, incorrectly probably, people do that routinely these days. Malwarebytes has a trial version that's free and very good for on-demand scanning for malware. It's highly recommended that you run their full scan at least once a week, even more if you browse the web a lot. http://www.malwarebytes.org/ | ||
