Earlier today i was playing WoW and i paused at one point and went to get something to eat, when i returned and when into game i noticed i was lagging a bit, i checked my fps and it was around 20. Normally i can play around 60-70. I didnt change any settings and nothing else is running. I then logged on to D3, same thing normally im around 60-70 and now im hovering around 17-20. I ran a full system scan with norton, no security risks. Does anyone have any idea how to fix or identify the problem?

Cahhan ,

Some Alienware models have a Stealth Feature to preserve power by lowering performance. If yours has the feature, you may have inadvertently enabled it. It should be a button on the keyboard that toggles it off and on. Alternatively, yours (X51) may use something called Alienfusion, a power-saving suite of apps/settings that could also be causing low performance.
