| hi, i did factory reset on my mobile phone(sony xperia s) so i need to reinstall battlenet mobile authenticator, but its showing up "installed"(?) and won't let me install it when i go to battlenet website from my phone. so i can't login to d3 or d3 forum etc at all. :( luckily i have two account.. anyway how do you fix this problem? thanks | ||

| aw3s0m0, You'd want to post about this over on the Mobile Bug Report Forum, though it sounds like you may just need to get the authenticator removed from your Battle.net account.
