| Hello there! Today tried to log in since i haven't played in some months but couldn't get in. It says 'log in information is not correct'. I changed the password, I can connect to the battle.net account but just can't get into the game. And the same error 3 keeps popping up. Please help! | ||

| Hi there, Can you try running a full Virus Scan on your system to make sure that isn't causing the issue? battle.net/support/article/run-a-virus-scan If that doesn't help, try flushing your DNS cache: battle.net/support/article/ip-release-renew-and-flush-dns | ||
