| Lastnight, I experienced something that I don't think should be happening in a game that's been out for over a year. I finished a run in the third act with a public group, and I was IDing and selling yellows and such at the vendor, and someone left the game. In the process of this, it automatically closed the vendor window and caused a valueable ring that I was wearing to be unequipped. When I reopened the vendor window, I hadn't noticed that my rings got switched out and accidentally sold the one that I was meant to wear. To be fair, I don't expect that Blizzard or Activision replace my lost item, but the vendor window closing when someone leaves a game, and it switching out your items is defintely a fault on the side of the developers and not the player. To prevent this from happening I would like customer service to look into this issue. And maybe other players who have had this problem can post here and something might get done about it. It's a shame to lose items you work hard for because of a simple issue like that. Thanks all for reading and for your posts if you've had this happen to you. :) | ||
