| Ive got a really bad problem with smart phone authentificator application. I added this option after it was required of me to add money to blizzard wallet so I can purchase items in RMAH. My problem is that I did it only for this one-time money transfer to my acc. Suddenly I cannot login on my web account, or ingame without authentification through this application, EVEN after I clicked I DONT want to authenticate everytime I log ingame using this app. Why? Because I do not possess this smart phone all the time with me, I have just one poor old Sony-Ericsson. Application was only meant only for this one time transaction. All the other confirmations I did so far were via SMS Authentication which was great, but suddenly everything requires application authentification which I cannot do all the time, because I cannot have the phone with me all the time. I cant buy 500 euro mobile just for logging ingame >_>. Buying key-authentificator for 10 euro is not an option either, since they dont have any in the stock. Whats the solution for me? - Somehow disable the damn thing. It was supposed just for this one-time fund adding to my battle.net balance - Can I change it back as it was to do these confirmations via SMS, as it was done before? Is there any way I can help myself or should I submit a ticket? Thanks a lot for every answer. May the legendary drops be with you. EDIT: I think I found the disable option in Account Settings so I will have to do that when I will have the smartphone again | ||

| Hey Frorath. Have you checked that the Authenticator requirement option is disabled in the Security Options section of your Battle.net account management page? | ||
