| Hi there, My System: win7 i5 2500 4cores@3,3ghz gf 560 Ti 8gb ram @60hz LED I get very stable 60 fps with Vsync on (off between 40 and 100 fps). Yet the game feels very weird, and itchy, while playing. I can't explain. Now here's the weird thing. Once I turn on my Chrome browser, and let it run, tab back into the game, the game will run totally smooth, without any problems on all settings impacting performance maxed out. It only works with Chrome, I'm sure. I tried to let other programs run in the background, without effect (iexplorer, firefox, 3dstudio, pointshop, officestuff etc.) Why is that? Could it have something to do with Core assignments? Does Chrome start any services that could benefit D3? I wasn't able to find something about this on the net. And I just want to understand what could be happening here. Thanks in advance :) | ||

| Hey jsen. I'm afraid that I'm not a programmer so I can't really give you a detailed answer on this but it has something to do with keeping connections open and preventing unnecessary throttling that can be caused by outdated drivers/BIOS/firmware etc. It happens to me too, particularly with the Skype overlay (the mini contact panel) and not just on Diablo III either, it works for several other games on my home system. :/ | ||
