| So far even worse. Everyday goes like this: Error 37, Error 73, Error 3003... *Huge spikes *Random DC *Lags in Party/Multiplayer *Rollbacks Players barely can play solo and Blizzard talks about 1.08 multiplayer- how pathetic u r Ok now i think when we had enough, i suggest to gather here all and discuss it once and for all As much players will respond here as much attention we will get Main porpouse: better server (service) performance Dont play the game at least for couple of days so Blizz will notice a drop in player base I wanna see those devs what they have to say about their's failure in delivering the minimum performance stability to barely 5k plaeyrs left in this game. Lets solve this all together once and for all.. No way they not gonna care about that this time cause we all had enough •we dont have to guess when the next DC gonna be •we dont have to guess if the game will be available to play in ours free time •no more death to HC characters we demand better stability including solving game crashes Are we different From US / ASIAN players!? | ||

| Hello, We experienced some issues on the morning of the 8th of April where players were receiving Error 37 or were stuck on Authenticating. This was resolved later that morning and the EU region is now up and functioning normally. Let me please state that we are not experiencing any issues such as those described in the first post of this thread. We are not experiencing latency or 'lag' on our side, and the EU region is functioning correctly. If we experience issues we will inform you - either through breaking news on the login page, on our Twitter account or here on our forums. Communication over these issues is a top priority for us, and we do understand that in the past we have not been quick enough in getting information out to you about current issues, but this is something we are working to resolve and are working to improve. However, we do understand it's very frustrating when the game experience you expect isn't there, and it seems beyond your control. That said, the majority of issues are completely troubleshootable and resolvable via working through the steps in our support articles, or by speaking to us, or our support staff. When you experience an connection related issue, please do make sure that you folow the steps in these articles: Connection Troubleshooting - battle.net/support/article/diablo-iii-connection-troubleshooting Optimising your Network - battle.net/support/article/optimising-your-internet-connection-windows Check for Driver Updates - battle.net/support/article/driverupdates If you still experience connection related issues after the steps above, then please either get in touch with our support teams, or create your own thread so we can help. What would be great from you would be the following info: Steps you've taken : ISP : Town and Country : Network Adapter Make and Model : Modem/Router Make and Model : And a path ping to your region: battle.net/support/article/running-a-pathping-test With this info we can investigate, and if the issue does appear to be on our side, we will look into it. However without info like this, and confirmation that you've troubleshooted the issues you're experiencing, we cannot help. | ||
