| Sorry guys if I missed something, I just notice a new NEWS on main page with graphics for PS3 console. I was always thinking that Diablo 3 will be released on new PS4 console ? Is that true ? It would be bad to release it for PS3 just months or weeks before PS4 will hit the shops... Bit to late ? | ||

| There is not yet a release date for the console version of Diablo III, but we will be sure to let you know when a date has been set. It would also not surprise me if our Diablo III console page gets updated with the release date once it has been set :-) | ||

Hey Vaneras, it looks like there are quite some differences in how the camera works ,and also other changes from the PC version. Is it possible for you to tell us if these changes will also make it to the PC version? And another question is:Now that the console version is on it's way, can we assume that future content(patches/expansions)will take longer to develop because of it? There are indeed some UI and camera differences between the PC version and the console version, which is mostly due to the PC and console ecosystems being so very different from one another - each version of Diablo III has been optimised for their respective gaming ecosystems. It is therefore unlikely that the optimisations made specifically for consoles will be transferred over to the PC, or vice versa, unless of course the developers think that some particular feature or optimisation would work great on both platforms :-) | ||
