| Hey all, I have been getting these crazy weird latency spikes ever since the last maintenance. This happens from two different computers and three different locations/ISPs and I have also been reading all over the US forums that people have been getting similar issues. Anyone else experiencing these in the EU regions? I'm in the UK myself. I wish I could find some official notification from Blizzard that this is being looked into because it's driving me crazy and I even had a mate lose his HC char because of the lag spikes - I have now given up playing until this gets fixed because it's totally impossible to do anything. I know for a fact it's not the connection at my side, everything else I do online including multitudes of other games are working absolutely no problem, and so was Diablo 3 until the middle of last week. Anyone else in the same boat? | ||

If you definitely require a response, please create a ticket, webchat or give our support a call. Onto the issue however, we are not currently experiencing any latency or lagging issues at this time. However in order to look into this we do need more information from you. Can you please provide the following info: ISP : Town and Country : Network Adapter Make and Model : Modem/Router Make and Model : And a path ping to Diablo III when you're experiencing the latency increase battle.net/support/article/running-a-pathping-test This info will allow us to investigate further. | ||
