| Well me and two of my friends were going to do the infernal engine yesterday, when out of the blue my friend got disconnected and he got the message that his account had broken the terms of aggreement and therefor was banned. Nothing he did should have made this happen and it made it impossible for me and my friend to do the infernal engine. We lost the engine after a lot of time put into getting it, my friend was even lucky to get the right one he needed. So my questions are, why did my friend get banned and is there any way to get the account unbanned? The account name is <Snip!
