| Hello, I have two battle.net account, with one of them I haven't log into game and Battle.net page since last year. I don't remember password, so I tried many combinations and unfortunately my account was locked. I received e-mail with saying: Due to an unusual change in your access pattern, the Battle.net account x@gmail.com has been locked. This can be caused by logging in from a new location, but it may also signal an attempt to compromise your account. and Step 3: Choose a New Password Change your password to resume using this Battle.net account, as your former password no longer grants access to any login-protected Battle.net account service or game. Visit our Password Reset page to begin the password change process. First of all, I don't remember the password, so I can't log into game and support page. I can't change or reset my password because I don't remember the NAME and LAST NAME I have entered when I was creating Battle.net account. So the main problems are - I don't remember the password and my information I have entered. There is no option to check this information. What are my options and problem solutions? P.s.
