| Hello, I have been able to log on without using my full authenticator code when asked. ie. I have logged into Diablo twice; when asked for my authenticator I would leave out a number (the first number in both cases) and I am still able to log in. This makes me question the added 'safety' the authenticator is supposed to provide. I hope someone can clarify. Thanks | ||

| We'll look into this aethsilgne. I don't think there are any safety concerns as Authenticator input is not always required, but why it prompts for input when there's no requirement for it is a little puzzling. Thanks for the report. | ||

| After a re-read of your post and some tests, security isn't an issue as it's not just accepting any code, (you can only omit the first number as far as we can tell). It's just a bit puzzling. | ||
