| I have the Diablo 3 Collector's Edition and did'nt get the wings and the dyes, and got the Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm Collector's Edition and got the wings but they not work in game (i put it in inventory) or in character selection (i don't get the visuals display of this WINGS). | ||

| First, try creating a new character Xen. If you don't receive the goods, try creating a new character on a different server and then come back to your main server and try creating another new character there. If they still don't show up, exit the client and reset your Battle.net password. And, if all else fails, you will need to contact our account support team, as SnoopekPL says, so that they can take a closer look for you. =) | ||
