| Please help, Deleting the authernticator from my old mobile phone is not possible: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/battle-net-mobile-authenticator-faq I got a new mobile phone and want to install the app BattleNet Mobile Authenticator Just like I did with my old phone. But now I have to Remove my old authenticator (which sounds normal to me) but it seems so be impossible. I typed in the first 8digit codes, waited 30 sec and the the second 8digit code en pushed the REMOVE button, but it keeps saying "Error" Please help me out. | ||

| Hmm. Try using a different Internet browser Genzaniku and see if that works. Let us know how you get on. | ||
