As you know, we are currently experiencing several issues affecting the Diablo III auction houses and these are being worked on by our development teams. While we take these reports very seriously, we need to state clearly that the Technical Support team here cannot offer direct assistance to those affected. However, we do want to do our best to keep you up to date on these issues so we have prepared this complete, regularly updated situation report. Please note that all of the issues below are affecting both EU and US players.
Error 0 and Error 31048
We have found the root cause of these error messages, but it will require a client-side patch to fix. Rather than wait until the next patch cycle to implement this, our developers have decided to expedite the process as much as possible and are hopeful that it can be included in an upcoming fast-patch.
If you repeatedly experience this issue, you may want to try the following:
2. Clear out all items from your completed auctions tab.
3. Exit the client completely.
4. Reset your Battle.net password.
5. Try again.
There is a small chance that listed items may not appear. Relisting the items may cause the original auction to appear visually, but it will not be possible to bid on it. The investigation into this problem continues and we will update this post as soon as have any more information.
Unfortunately our support teams are unable to 'speed' the auction up for you so you will need to be patient and wait for the invisible auction to run its course before attempting to list the item again. You will not lose the item.
Missing Email Alerts
Some players are not receiving email notifications when using the real money auction house. Unfortunately, there is nothing that affected players can do to resolve this but we are working on the problem right now. A small handful of people have also received emails when they haven’t actually used the real money auction house. We're also looking into this, but bear in mind that these email could be fake and you should be careful when dealing with them.
Many players are experiencing transaction delays when buying/selling from the Diablo III auction houses. These transactions are currently taking approximately 4-5+ days longer to process than normal.
If you have still not received your items/gold/money after 5 days (120 hours) then please contact our Account and Payment Support team directly so that they can investigate further. Bear in mind that these investigations can take a while to complete. Please do not make a post on the Diablo III forums as the moderators here will not be able to assist you in any way.
Don’t panic if this happens! We’d like to assure players that, despite these issues and delays, we have not seen any cases where gold/items have been permanently lost.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption that these issues are causing the traders of Sanctuary and ensure you all that, despite their immense complexity, we will continue to do our best to iron out these problems and provide a smooth trading environment for everyone to use safely. However, once again we must reiterate that our support forum moderators cannot directly assist you with any issues relating to the Diablo III auction house.

i dont have problems with gold nor items. what about money? can you reasure us that we will get our money for auctions we sold?
This affects all transactions, so anything delayed is not lost. Please wait five days (at leasy 120 hours) before contacting support regarding delayed or missing items/gold/money on the Auction House.

That is completely up to you of course Minitree. Relatively speaking, these issues are pretty rare when compared to normal, successful transactions and you shouldn't lose anything even if you do run into problems. So it is 'safe' to use, it's just not always as smooth as it should be.

-do you have any ETA on how long after we contacted you via ticket till the issue gets resolved. I dont need a precice momet, just if its a matter of few days, a week, or few weeks. Waiting is not a problem, its just stupid to check you paypal account 10 times a day like a mindless zombie
It's a good question but one that we can't really answer accurately due to the variation in resolution times. Generally speaking, most issues should be resolved within 5 days of making the ticket, but there are some cases that we have to escalate to a special team for further in-depth investigation and this can take some time.

|Thanks for everyone’s patience while we continue to investigate the issues regarding errors 0 and 31048. With the 1.0.7a patch, we deployed a partial fix to this issue, with the rest of the fix still in the works. After the patch, you should no longer receive Error 0. This was an incorrect error, which is what we fixed. You should now (properly) receive Error 31048 when you experience this problem. The fix for the error itself is currently undergoing testing and will be deployed asap.|

I don't think it was covered so i'll ask. If it will help to fix the issue faster maybe you could provide some details as to how exact the time stamp should be given? Does it matter if you get the precision of 1h or 5min?
Just try to be as precise as you can. Don't worry though, we understand that it can be difficult to recall and if you're a little off it shouldn't impede the investigation to any great degree so long as we have a good sample selection to work with.

Hey barnajozsi, you can use the Diablo III -> I have a technical issue. -> My technical issue is not listed here. categories for the time being.
