| For the past week I have been getting stuck on this issues for hours on end. I have not been able to play all day today. At one point i was able to get to where i could select my characters but at that moment i was about to leave. When i came back i was stuck on Retrieving Hero List... and that's where i have been for the last few hours. Any help would be appreciated. | ||

| Try disabling any anti-virus/firewall/security software and then run the client as Administrator Zyphin. If that does not pinpoint a possible cause then try flushing your DNS cache as outlined here. | ||
