| To diablo tech team, I would like to thank blizzard/activision for D3, as much as people have been complaining about it i have enjoyed the from the beginning. Unfortunately I have not been able to connect to the game now for over 3 weeks and repeatedly asked for help on these forums regarding error 3007 with no repsonse. It has become too frustrating to continue to spam my password over and over in the login screen and pray and hope it goes through (it does go through about 1 in every 1000) and I will not be playing D3 or any future blizz games in the future due to lack of confidence in the support systems in place. Before patch 1.07 I experienced no problems. I would like to make a suggestion to the tech team to respond to people who are experiencing technical difficulties that are through no fault of there own. I know that I am not the only one in this position. Good luck in the future Blizz fan of 10years | ||

| You're right Needabuff, we have not helped you with your issue. The main reason for this though is that you haven't actually contacted our Technical Support team requesting help with your problem, and as awesome as those guys are, they are not psychic unfortunately. This forum is not the place to request support from a Blizzard representative, it is a self-help forum which we keep a close eye on - it exists so that players can discuss their issues and help each other. I did actually see your post when you made it, but there was no chance we could diagnose without the additional information/troubleshooting eliminations that Meteorblade outlined in his reply. As you didn't respond and you weren't contacting the Technical Support team directly, I simply assumed that your issue was now resolved. I'm sorry for the false assumption, but surely you can step back now and see that maybe your sweeping dramatic statements above are poorly directed. Best of luck in the future. | ||
