| Hi i formatted my computer the other day and i reinstalled diablo 3 and now i cannot connect to battle.net. It lets put in my username and password then it takes a secound to get the checkmark by "Connecting to battle.net server" then sticks on "authenticating credentials" and doesnt load the authenticator input then times out. Can anyone point me in the right direction on getting this fixed. And it was working before i formatted my computer. Thanks | ||

Posted by: ShadowHunter You can also try to see if your Antivirus/Firewall program block Diablo 3 from Internet access. Try temporarily disabling any anti-virus, firewall or security software HighDroPonic, run the client as Administrator and see if the same thing happens. | ||
