| Good afternoon I am currently experiencing a crash on launch - crash to error report. Launcher works fine, after pressing 'play' I encounter a grey screen for a fraction of a second, and then crash to desktop. Latest error report gave this code: 6E87C052-BE7D-41C7-9E48-9DCDF050EA8B Thanks | ||

| Hi there iancox1986. Looking at your error report, the most likely culprit here is graphics. So, the first troubleshooting steps you need to take are updating your operating system and then your graphics card drivers. You should also consider temporarily uninstalling/disabling "RocketDock" as it was referenced during the crash. | ||
