| i have not played my account since last year, and it was months ago. when i log in today, i discover there was an error 14404, but i fix that already. but after i get into my account where all my characters were suppose to be on my left hand section, that bar of existing characters weren't there at all! in fact there isn't even one! it's like as though my slate is wipe clean! like as though i just bought the game and just begin to play with! why is it like that? tech support, if there is a fix to this, i'd like to hear it. is it possible that during patching, or long time not log into account can cause such a loss?
