| There is any type of rule that can punish scammers ? I got scammed and let me tell you how: - One guy links a nice legendary item (in my case helm of command) but not very imbah, just a nice one and he sells it on general. - Then you ask him the price he will say it on private 650k for a 1.2 mil helm or something - He invites you to the party and trades with you - Shows you the right helmet, then i put there the gold - tapped the accept button (after i checked it) - then he cancels the trade by saying " Did you canceled the trade?" - I said no ofc not ! and then he re-trades you and puts a legendary helm of command in the slot and taps the accept button - Because i sow the first helm i didn`t checked it again (dumb me) - He got out from the party and never spoken with me again He was a lvl 60 wich doctor named kornelvargak ! And i`m sure i'm not the first person who got scammed. | ||

| Hello there Naicu. Although this is not really a Technical Support issue, I am going to answer because I wholeheartedly sympathise with you. It sucks when something like this happens, and we certainly frown upon such dishonourable behaviour. However, the developers feel that the game's trading systems are adequate enough to protect heroes from large-scale scams and therefore our customer support teams will not get involved in such incidents. If you disagree with the developers then that's fine, you should offer your feedback to them in the appropriate way, but unfortunately there is little we can do to help you in this instance other than offer the preventative advice presented in the support article that Meteorblade linked for you above. All the best Naicu, I hope that your next trading experience is a much more profitable one. =) | ||
