| Dear devs, I used to play diablo some months ago and decided I wanted to play it again. I have not uninstalled the game meantime, but yesterday it decided to do a big patch when I launched the launcher. When it was done patching, I tried to login with my old data and found that the game didn't recognize my mail anymore. So I decided to create a new profile with my old email and it was working. But when i entered the game, it said I registered a starters edition!! Also when I reregister on the forum, when activating my code, it says i succesfully registered the starters edition!! If needed I can send the proof that I bought a hard copy while back with the original code inside (so it's not the digital version). Any clue what I can do here? ps. I never bought/tried anything related to WoW, just bought this hard copy of D3. | ||

| Hmm, that sounds a little...'dodgy' shall we say Roellie81. I don't want to alarm you, but it's possible that your Battle.net account was compromised and the email address changed. As soon as you can, you should submit a Battle.net Support ticket with all of the details, including as much information about the original account as you can remember. We will do our best to get to the bottom of this and restore your account back to its rightful owners. | ||
