| Diablo III changed to starter edition ?(1) | Category: Technical SupportFebruary-7-2013 5:40 AM PST (10 years ago) ![]() | |
| Hello! I tried to see if a similar topic has previously been answered but the only thing I could find was to contact with support team... so here I am. 1. I bought the WoW annual pass and got a Diablo III account free. 2. The annual pass expired, and I did not renew my WoW subscription. 3. The Wow Account was frozen (as expected ofc). 4. I returned to Diablo III and found that it had reverted to a starter edition, and I could not play my champion, only to make a new one. 5. Even if I make a new one (which I did) then, the game tells me to upgrade to a full version of the game and pay 60 euros! Can a blue explain to me what is going on, because I don't remember anything being said about this when I bought the annual pass. | ||

| I was wondering that too Meteorblade. If you mean Posted by: Meteorblade your subscription lapsed during the 12 month period Then this is obviously working as intended as you did not fulfill the terms of the agreement. But, if you mean Posted by: Meteorblade you kept an active subscription maintained for a full twelve months and then let your subscription lapse Then that's a problem and to resolve it you should contact our Account and Payment Support team as soon as possible so that they can take a closer look for you Gibbling. | ||
