I've recently wanted to play some D3. I launched the Diablo 3 launcher.exe/diablo3.exe, the loading icon shows up but nothing happens, I check my task manager and agent.exe is there, then disappears.

I've made sure I can run everything as admin and tried enabling it for Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7.

I've turned off my antivirus and made exceptions in the firewall, yet no prevail.
I've tried downloading the installer and deleting my battle.net folder.

When I run the D3 installer it says "starting blizzard launcher" that then completes then nothing happens.

Hi Brunch.

I see you have made a support ticket about this and one of our tech agents will be taking a closer look shortly. In the meantime, you might want to try the following:

1) Make sure you have enough space on your hard drive, try running a defrag if you haven't done so recently.
2) Uninstall/delete Diablo III from your PC completely.
3) Create a new Administrator user account in Windows,
4) Download the client from scratch on the new user account, ensuring your run all .exes as Administrator.
