| After spending 1000 hours into the game, I all of the sudden got banned. I use no macros, third party software or what so ever. Have experienced lag lately, but so have they i played with so i thought it was server lag, now i fear i had trojan or something. Keep asking blizzard to explain why I have been banned, but they say nothing at all. Just phrases like: "The action taken on this account was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole, so we can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate in accordance with the Terms of Use" "It is with regret that we have to take this type of action. However, it is in the best interest of the Diablo III community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that we have cancelled your access to the Diablo III servers. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned. " No details at all, give me no knowlegde of the situation. But just state that they are right, wich feels freaking unfair here im sitting without having done anything against the Terms of Use" | ||

| As mentioned in the investigating agent's response Høst: We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter. Thanks. Once again, we DO NOT ban legitimate players and if we do then it would be a mistake and we would ensure that is rectified as quickly as possible. | ||
