| Hello! I did send in a ticket to blizzard, because i lost 30mil gold and my whole gear (kinda lot for me..) So now i am at 2m gold, got NO GEAR AT ALL, and this is what they answer the ticket: "Greetings, Thank you for contacting our support here at Blizzard I'm sorry you've had to wait for a response. Really sorry to hear about your situation in Diablo 3. Unfortunately when it comes to things like this we are not able to help out and for this I hope this does not happen again but should you have any other issues or questions to ask then please do not hesitate to contact us again. Best wishes Game Master <Snip!> Blizzard Entertainment" I would really call this <Snip!>, I've spent 20GPB in the game, and just some days after i bought gear for the money, i lose it..
