| Hello community. My friend <Snip!> got recently got banned with no real reason behind it. I known this person since almost the game launched. And ever since then we played, chat and help each other a lot. He is known among his friends as trusty, helping and kind person. He helped a lot of players with advices, gold, and gear and they can confirm it. To this present day he has played a total of 2500+ hours, has two paragon lvl100 characters, has several dead HC characters and live ones as well. And considering all of this, Blizzard, accuses him to be BOTTING!!! Here is the last letter he received from blizzard: Hello <Snip!>, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your Diablo III account. Please be assured that we have reviewed the penalty for your account in detail. I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be reversed. The account will remain permanently closed. We monitor Diablo III for exploitative activity in an effort to preserve an enjoyable and fair experience for all players. We learned that your account was used in conjunction with a botting program. This is a serious breach of our terms of use which falls outside of our regular policies. The terms of use clearly state that any use of third party software to cheat in the game, automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over others can lead to an immediate closure of the involved accounts no matter the account history. We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time spent on Battle.net. We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter. Thank you for respecting our position. Despite this news I do wish you a nice week. <Snip!> Senior Customer Service Representative Blizzard Entertainment Europe HOW ON EARTH CAN THAS BE CALLED BOTTING!!!!! It is just does not make no scene. I am 100% sure blizzard has made a mistake with <Snip!> cause i and many other players that know him well and can confirm that he is not a bot, haven't been bottling or using any illegal third party programs (scripts, macros, etc.) We will bring up the community(diablo friends, streamers, everybody who knows <Snip!> well enough to say he is a legitimate player) to speak up for innocence of <Snip!> and we wont stop until you, Blizzard, reconsider your decision. Otherwise, there no reason for anyone to continue or start playing this game since any day you can get banned with no reason and all that you have earn hard is lost. And, in that case, only option would be to cash out BEFORE you get banned as well!!! | ||
