| I know all of my details are correct, I've checked the usual caps lock, but still I can't log in either to the game or to battlenet. To top it all off, the mobile number that the sms code gets sent to for authentication when requesting a new password is an old one and is no longer active, so no help there. Anyone know if this is a known issue and the easiest way to fix it? Thanks! | ||

| Hmm, the SMS Protect thing is the core issue that needs resolving here Dunmore. I suggest using our support site to contact us by telephone/Skype. | ||
