| So just a few minutes a go, I decided to check the PTR. When it was playable I started it, threw an error code 12 at me (no license attached, though I do have it...) Then I added a Battle.Net Authenticator while strolling across the Account Management, all went well. Then I tried logging into normal and all my characters were gone! Also tried switching regions, nothing. My profile still shows them but they are goners in-game. Anyone else had this issue? I already sent a support ticket. | ||
