| I've had a break from using my laptop for some months (used main pc for other things). When i got back, my win7 64bit home edition got updated, then every time i tried to use the d3 launcher it produced an stack of errors. On my admin account, the difference between running the launcher normally and with the option to run it as an admin is the number of error reporter windows. It shows an communication error, although idk where the problem could be. I have tried : checking internet explorer settings, having updated drivers/adobe flash. My firewall allows the agent, launcher and the game to connect to internet as well. I tried removing the battle.net folder from the program data folder as well. This line always shows in the error reporter: Exception: 0xE06D7363 (unknown exception) at 0023:76ADC41F | ||

| Can you make sure you've got the latest C++ Redistributable installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 Then see if it still crashes? Can I also ask if you've run a full anti virus scan recently? If not, can you do so, then see if the game runs after that? | ||

| In that case, can I ask for an MSINfo file? It'll be too big to fit on here, can you please put it on Pastebin: http://pastebin.com/ This'll give us some more info to look into: battle.net/support/article/request-for-system-files-dxdiag-msinfo-and-error-reports | ||
