| hi, i got myself a new PC everytime im logging in to diablo it locks my accout then i unlock it and try to log in again and it locks me again, and again and again and i cant unlock my account from the ingame cuz i forgot my secret answer along ago tho i remember it but back then i didnt know how to spell the word right tried to talk with Blizzard Employ but non want to help me cuz my ID name isn't my real name cuz i dont like to give my personal details Via Internet. soo..... what do i do? | ||

| This is not really something we can talk about here Nosferat, you will need to discuss your concerns with an agent directly. However, if what you say is true, this constant lock 'loop' does not sound as if it's working as intended. Changing your security question and answer to something more memorable is certainly the priority, but you should ensure that any account support representatives you interact with are aware of the extent of the inconvenience this is causing you. | ||
