| found nats ring - put it up - lowered price a few hours later and re-listed it ..now the item is gone - there is no entry in the log - no entry about a sale or about cancellation not the first i guess | ||

| Hello, This is something we're looking into at the moment, we are aware that some auctions went missing earlier today/late last night and that some auctions are receiving error messages when trying to be posted. I don't have any further info on this just yet, but it is being investigated and we'll let you know when we have more details. Sorry about this everyone. Update: We do not need any more Order IDs at this time, thank you for posting them. We will let you know if you we need any further information. | I do understand that most of you won't have the Order ID still because the auction has disappeared, just in case you happen to have it saved/took a screenshot or something, that info will help us out. | ||

However most people affected by this won't have this info. We are still looking into this anyway even without this info. | ||
