| I recently updated to 2.4.1 on my Win7 Ultimate PC. I log into battle.net, load Diablo 3 and no issues except that there is NO mouse pointer. Please take into account that I have read the other posts regarding a funny shaped or distorted pointer. This is not my case, I don't have any pointer on screen. I move the mouse around and can see when I am over any of the windows because there is a white outline on them. I do not see the pointer anywhere and have to use windows button or ctrl-alt-del, to exit diablo. I ran Starcraft 2 without any issues whatsoever. I play mostly all my games on this 4K pc since I built it. Here are my specs if needed: ASUS PG27AQ monitor, AMD FX-8350 Proc. OCed to 4.3 liquid cooled, 16GB DDR3 1800mhz. RAM, MSI GTX 980TI 6G GPU, ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 Mobo. I have played Call of Duty Black Ops 3, Starcraft 2, Doom, Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, Ashes of the Singularity, Dying Light, Fallout 4, Rainbow 6 Siege and the Elder scrolls V: Skyrim. All have played at a minimum 56 frames per second without locking up or crashing. This is the only game I have had an issue with so far and that being again that I do not have a pointer at all. Is this just a 4K thing or is it something to do with the latest update. If so can I reinstall a previous update until there is a fix and how to go about it? Thanks in advance for the help. I am dying to see this game in full 4k.

| kungfupanda, I use a 4K screen at home and it runs Diablo III just fine. No one's asking you to "downgrade" to 1080p, I'm just asking you to try a simple setting change to see if it works. | kungfupanda, Again, I'm not asking for a resolution change, just the display text size if you've changed it which I'm assuming you have. | kungfupanda, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. | kungfupanda, And once again, I never asked you to change the resolution so there should have been no need to revert anything. I want you to leave it at the 4K res so we can do the troubleshooting properly. Could I please see your dxdiag info? | MOM, Try using a custom setting instead of one of the alternate ones.
