Is there a solution to this? Using Windows 10, I can't run any game because B.net opens and immediately locks up. ALready reinstalled with no luck. Seems to be related to the latest update. |

Caswagna93, They've just pushed a hotfix out for the Desktop App which is why I made the suggestion. What version is yours now? You can tell by highlighting the app at the top of then left side, then select Settings and About. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

Caswagna93, If it's working with BitDefender disabled, it's normal as they're likely detecting a false positive. AVG was doing that as well recently. From your description above though you stated even with it disabled, it's not working? You may actually need to temporarily uninstall it until they've pushed out an updated definition file. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

Caswagna93, Can you uninstall BitDefender? Only do this if you're sure you can reinstall it again later. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

Caswagna93, I see you edited your prior post. Are you now able to install the game or is it still not allowing that? ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

Caswagna93, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it) Locate the Dxdiag.txt file just created and open it to copy and paste ALL of it's contents into your reply. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |
