| Posts: 1,017 View profile Hi all. Can some one please help me with this problem i have? Even thou my laptop is a pretty decent one, the game seems to perform very badly even thou all the graphic setting are off/low and the resolution is 1280x720. The frame rates in game are 15-20. Thing is it wasnt always like that... a few days ago the game was running smooth at 60FPS, then i changed some settings and it went low but i changed them back and nothin happened :( Would really like some help. | AreoHotah, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it) Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. | AreoHotah, Could you re-run the dxdiag report using the /dontskip option? Your video adapter info isn't being filled in.
