| Today is the first time I've logged in since season 4 ended and I can't find the mail icon to claim my items. The blog post about season 4 ending says "These items can be claimed by any non-Seasonal hero for up to 30 days from the time you first log in after the Season ends." Is it really 30 days from when the season ends? | ||

| CelticHound, Is it really 30 days from when the season ends? No, it's 30 days after you first log in to the game after the season ends. Season 4 ended in the US on Dec 30, 2015. I see from your account records a login to the game on Jan 5, 2016.
