| used to have the desolate sands issue/ using an AMD graphics card. Fix'd that then upgraded to windows 10 and now when game loads I just get a black screen and blinking cursor. Check Amd and everything is up to date, seen a lot of people are having issues after a recent patch and not sure if this may be related. | ||

| FatBoy99, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it) Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| FatBoy99, I would have to recommend you contact Hewlett-Packard and confirm with them that your model computer is compatible with Windows 10. You still have several device drivers from the 2012 era that may be causing trouble, most notably the sound drivers. Your computer's BIOS is also pretty old, having been released in 2011. An update may be required but you'd want to check with Hewlett-Packard first. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
