| I was literally playing this game this morning, and have been playing on my laptop for years. Suddenly, after logging back on I get a grey screen and nothing. When I alt+tab I see a hidden screen that says cannot play Diablo 3 because your graphics card is missing required features. What gives? Nothing changed. No new apps, no updates, nothing. WTF! | ||

| xxxLawDogxxx, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. | xxxLawDogxxx, What you described could only be related to the video drivers. Usually reinstalling them is needed but I've also seen simply rebooting can resolve it.
