Posadas3, did you previously use any workarounds for an AMD issue that required you to place driver files into your game folder? If so, can you please try removing them and update to the most recent Crimson drivers if you haven't already? If you've completed those steps and are still experiencing an issue, please post your Dxdiag and your most recent D3Debug.txt file. ______________________________ Technical Support: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback

Marked As Solution
If you open your Diablo III folder (In the Battle.net App D3 Page, click Options > Show in Explorer and open the Diablo III folder), do you see the file names atiumd64.dll and atiumdag.dll? If so, please delete them from the folder and try launching the game again. If the issue persists, we may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling Diablo III. ______________________________ Technical Support: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback
