| Hi, I keep getting a black screen and can only see my arrow. I can hear the game in the background, but nothing loads. I saw something about vsync, but I can't seem to find it. Can someone help me? Instructions say go to game menu, hit options, and check vsync. I went to the game menu, and hit the option button but I do not see the vsync. Someone please help!!! | ||

You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | Jacob429, I see you mentioned having done it already but could you do it again so both vsync and windowed mode are enabled at the same time? To do that, edit the D3Prefs.txt file. Jacob429,All right, I normally don't recommend this but could you uninstall and reinstall the game next? I ask due to another user with the same issue I was helping the other day.
