| Hi, I read somewhere that the 4G/3G mobile hotspot is not supported on battlenet. Can you confirm this? I'm using globe from the philippines. I think this is the reason that i can't update my patch on diablo 3. The error is "We are having a problem transferring data...". Can anyone confirm this? Thank you. | ||

| totorj, It's hard to say exactly. Some mobile internet services will have issues with the NGDP protocols we use when downloading data. This doesn't affect playing at all since patching is the only process that uses NGDP. Since you're seeing a problem patching, this is likely the cause.
