| Hello I wanna ask what should i do. I have problem with map Desolate Sands i go there to finish Quest but i got Texture Jam my DIsplay just got jam and i cant see what iam doing. I hear sounds of what iam doing but i cannot see it display just keep jammed. Sometimes i got by alt+tab to desktop and back to game and sometimes i can go little further. It doesnt happened on any other map just here at desolate sands. I tried to restart pc didnt work, then i reinstalled game, didnt helped too. When i played last seasons with my other character at adventure i could travel there as i wished. But now when i reinstalled my pc and installed diablo and created Seasonal Char somehow i got some kind of bug there. Can i ask you for some Advice please? Thanks for response. | ||

| Aralan, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | Aralan, It looks like you're using AMD's Catalyst 15.7.1 release right now. Driver Version: 15.200.1062.1004 You'll need to be using 15.9.1 or greater to get the fix they put in for the Desolate Sands ares in Diablo III.
