| So i just got my new computer back Saturday and everything runs very smooth until last night. When i exited the desktop app i get an error message that the updating tool (or w/e it is called) has stopped and needs to close. I click on close program and when i reload it i'm not sure where to go to see if there is an update pending to install or if i need to reboot my app for an update. Can someone advise me on this? | ||

| zeke, Sounds like it's indeed trying to update something then. When it can't, it's typically due to an antivirus program or firewall blocking it in some way. If you use those, try temporarily disabling them and then see if the desktop app is able to proceed.
